This golden bronze malt was initially matured in American oak ex bourbon casks before being re racked for approximately 18 months into French oak (Quercus Robur) Hogsheads from the Haute Garonne region. The fine grained wood was air dried for 15 months before holding the GlenAllachie Single Malt. The secondary maturation has added silky tannins, sweet spices, and
